Kepemimpinan dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif: Peran Mediasi Arus di Tempat Kerja dan Kepercayaan

Lingkungan bisnis mendorong perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dalam operasional sehari-hari guna mencapai dominasi pasar dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan persyaratan lingkungan dan strategis. Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Karyawan (IWB) diperlukan untuk memberikan inovasi berkelanjutan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Servant Leadership (SEL) terhadap IWB dengan peran mediasi Flow at Work (FAW) dan Trust (TR) antara hubungan SEL dan IWB. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, sebagian besar karyawan di perusahaan bisnis digital percaya bahwa sifat kepemimpinan yang melayani atasan mereka dan keadaan arus yang melibatkan mereka sepenuhnya dalam pekerjaan berdampak pada kesediaan mereka untuk terlibat dalam perilaku inovatif. Telah ditunjukkan bahwa FAW secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara SEL dan IWB, SEL memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan IWB karyawan. Sementara itu, TR diketahui tidak memiliki peran mediasi dalam interaksi antara SEL dan IWB jika dilihat dari pengaruh tidak langsungnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajer SDM di bisnis untuk lebih memahami cara mendorong aktivitas kreatif pekerja di tempat kerja.
