Artikel ini menyoroti peran penting teknologi informasi (TI) dalam transformasi bisnis di era digital, khususnya dalam inovasi produk, efisiensi operasional, dan strategi pemasaran. Penelitian sebelumnya menegaskan bahwa TI memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas pasar, memperbaiki hubungan pelanggan, dan memungkinkan inovasi yang lebih cepat. Kemajuan teknologi digital, seperti kecerdasan buatan dan analisis big data, membuka peluang inovasi yang lebih cepat dan berkelanjutan. Integrasi TI dalam strategi pemasaran juga meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran melalui platform digital dan analisis data. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk memahami peran TI dalam transformasi bisnis.Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi adalah kebutuhan penting bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dan memanfaatkan peluang di era digital.
