ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mengenai peran sekretaris dalam mengelola tataruang kantor Sub Kepegawaian di Pusdiklat Kementerian perdagangan. Di instansi ini menggunakan sistem tataruang kantor terbuka, dimana kualitas kursi dan meja sudah baik, namun, menata ruangan untuk pimpinan maupun staf belum sesuai dengan asas dan prinsip tataruang kantor, selain itu, tidak ada sarana dan prasarana yang memadai di dalam ruangan tersebut untuk menempatkan berkas-berkas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penataan tataruang kantor dan pengelolaan berkas-berkas pada Sub Bagian Kepegawaian di Pusdiklat Kementerian Perdagangan. Wawancara, observasi dan riset kepustakaan digunakan dalam laporan ini sebagai metode penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian meja dan kursi staf tersusun rapi dari depan ke belakang dan menghadap langsung ke arah pimpinan, suara di kantor cukup tenang, adapun penerangan dalam ruangan sangat terang, selain itu, di dalam ruangan terdapat jendela, ventilasi dan AC. Cat tembok berwarna putih dan perabotan berwarna abu-abu. Simpulan dari hasil pengamatan yang sudah penulis lakukan yaitu penerangan dalam ruangan cukup terang, suara di dalam ruangan cukup tenang, konsep ruangan dengan warna putih memberikan efek tenang dan ringan bagi para staf, sedangkan perabotan berwarna abu-abu menimbulkan kreatifitas dan kemajuan karier. Ruangan pimpinan dan staf sebaiknya diberikan penyekat dan pembatas. Adapun saran berdasarkan kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yaitu perlu mengadakan pemutaran musik yang lembut di dalam kantor, dan penataan ulang tataruang kantor Subbag Kepegawaian

ROLE OF THE SECRETARY IN MANAGING THE SPATIAL OF THE EMPLOYMENT SUB-DEPARTMENT OFFICE IN THE PUSDIKLAT OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE

 

ABSTRACT

This research is about the role of the secretary in managing the layout of the Sub Personnel office at the Ministry of Trade's Education and Training Center. In this institution, it uses an open office layout system, where the quality of chairs and tables is good, however, arranging rooms for leaders and staff is not in accordance with the principles and principles of office layout, besides that, there are no adequate facilities and infrastructure in the room to place files. The purpose of this study was to determine the arrangement of office layout and management of files in the Sub Division of Personnel at the Ministry of Trade's Education and Training Center. Interviews, observation and literature research are used in this report as research methods. Based on the research results, staff tables and chairs are neatly arranged from front to back and facing directly towards the leader, the sound in the office is quite calm, while the lighting in the room is very bright, besides that, in the room there are windows, ventilation and air conditioning. The wall paint is white and the furniture is gray. The conclusion from the observations that the author has done is that the lighting in the room is quite bright, the sound in the room is quite calm, the concept of the room in white gives a calm and light effect to the staff, while the gray furniture creates creativity and career advancement. The room for leadership and staff should be provided with insulation and dividers. The suggestions are based on the conclusions of the research results, namely that it is necessary to hold soft music playing in the office, and rearrange the office layout of the Personnel Subdivision.
