GENERATOR LISTRIK MAGNET PERMANEN TIPE AKSIAL FLUKS PUTARAN RENDAH DAN UJI PERFORMA

Abstract

Desain, manufacturing and testing of axial fluxs permanent magnetic generator 1 phase using NdFeB magnet have been done. This generator was designed by using a single stator and rotor. The testing was done by comparing three types of rotor with its dimensions and the number of different magnets as well as the condition of the stator and rotor gap distance constant. Tests was carried out in two stages, such as the no-load testing and load testing with AC lamp 5W / 220V at a speed of 200 rpm - 320 rpm with intervals of 10 rpm. The test results showed that the highest output voltage at a speed of 320 rpm is 142.6 Volt without load with a frequency of 32.08 Hz and it is 124.0 Volt when using a load with a frequency of 32.04 Hz. The highest power output of the electric generator MPAF is 75 Watt for rotor that uses a magnet with dimension of  4 x 5 cm.
