The web application for submission of thesis title is a web application built with the aim to change the thesis titles submission process currently used in Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Bandung. This web application allows students to make the process of online submission of thesis titles, ranging from submitting titles to obtaining the information of whether the titles submitted are accepted or rejected. In addition, other parties involved in the process of the submission of thesis title also can perform their tasks without direct contact. This application is built by using prototype methods and programming languages PHP with CodeIgniter framework and HTML5. The interface of the web application is designed to be a responsive web, so it is going to become a user friendly application and can maximize the delivery of information to users and even can be accessed by using devices with different sizes. The end result of this research is the web application can be accessed online by using various sizes of different devices by all users involved in the process of submission of thesis titles in Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Bandung, because the test results show that almost the entire features of the web application is responsive and the differences are not too great.
