Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Di SMP An-Nur Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART)
Abstract
SMP An-Nur merupakan salah satu sekolah yang secara teratur menilai kinerja guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar, namun proses evaluasi yang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual melalui pengisian formulir dan rekapitulasi nilai menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengolahan data, potensi kesalahan pencatatan, serta keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan karena belum adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) untuk membantu proses penilaian yang lebih objektif dan terukur, serta menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype. Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis web menggunakan framework Bootstrap, bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, dan pemodelan sistem Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dikembangkan mampu mengelola data guru, kriteria penilaian, nilai evaluasi, serta menghasilkan laporan evaluasi secara otomatis, sehingga proses penilaian kinerja guru di SMP An-Nur menjadi lebih cepat, akurat, dan objektif. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pihak sekolah dapat mengambil keputusan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.
