PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. GARDA KARSA MANDIRI

Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap  kinerja karyawan pada pt garda karsa mandiri cisauk kabupaten tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh yakni menggunakan seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 70 oranga sebagai sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kepimpinan dan kinerja karyawan secara persial. Dimana persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=16,421+0,606 X1 artinya berpengaruh positif, uji korelasi r = 0,563 termasuk kategori yang kuat, koefisien determinasi sebesar 31,7% dan sisa sebesar 68,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain, uji t sebesar thitung 5,615 > ttabel 1,667 maka Ha1 diterima Ho1 ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara persial. Dimana persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=12,094+0,710 X2 artinya berpengaruh positif, uji korelasi r = 0,722 termasuk kategori yang kuat, koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,1% dan sisa sebesar 47,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain, uji t sebesar thitung 8,601 > ttabel 1,667 maka Ha1 diterima Ho1 ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan, dimana persamaan regresi berganda Y=11,459+0,044 X1+0,679 X2 artinya berpengaruh positif, uji korelasi berganda r =0,722 termasuk kategori yang kuat, koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,2% dan sisa sebesar 47,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktof-faktor lain, uji f sebesar fhitung 36,547 > ftabel 3,134 artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. GARDA KARSA INDEPENDENT

 

ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership and work motivation have on employee performance at PT Garda Karsa Mandiri, Cisauk, Tangerang Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses associative research methods with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample that uses the entire population of 70 people as a sample. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive influence between leadership and employee performance partially. Where the simple linear regression equation Y=16,421+0,606 X1 means that it has a positive effect, the correlation test r = 0,563 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 31.7% and the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other factors, the t-test is tcount 5,615 > t table 1,667 then Ha1 is accepted, Ho1 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between work motivation on employee performance partially. Where the simple linear regression equation Y=12,094+0,710 X2 means that it has a positive effect, the correlation test r = 0.722 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 52.1% and the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors, the t-test is tcount 8,601 > t table 1,667 then Ha1 is accepted, Ho1 is rejected. The results show that there is a positive influence between the variables of leadership and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously, where the multiple regression equation Y=11,459+0,044 X1+0,679 X2 means that it has a positive effect, the multiple correlation test r=0,722 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination of 52.2% and the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors, the f-test of fcount 36.547 > ftable 3.134 means that it can be concluded that the variables of leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
