Abstrak

The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to build motivation and enthusiasm for keeping time in mosque youth to prepare for and achieve future careers and share knowledge about the importance of time management from an Islamic perspective in building future careers. The method used in the PKM activity this time was to provide material and provide motivation to the Youth of the Pesona Pamulang Pondok Petir Mosque Complex regarding time management and future career planning. The results of this PKM activity are described as follows: an understanding of time management is obtained. Good time management is an important skill that needs to be mastered by teenagers. By optimizing time management, teens can increase productivity, reduce stress, and achieve their goals. It is important for teens to understand the factors that influence time management and apply strategies accordingly. With proper awareness and discipline, teens can form good time management habits that will help them achieve success in the future. Optimization of Mosque Youth Time Management is realized by: making time plans, identifying priorities, avoiding unproductive time spreads, taking part in relevant mosque activities, and communicating with Supervisors.
