Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented with the aim of building a solid and professional teaching team at TK Islam Al-Kamal, Kedaung-Pamulang. In order to create an optimal learning environment, this PKM focuses on improving teacher skills in collaboration, effective communication, and teaching professionalism. The training was conducted online for five consecutive days, starting with an initial study to understand the conditions and challenges in the field, followed by a preference survey to determine the needs of teacher self-development. The training sessions included materials on teamwork, the use of technology in learning, inclusive methods, and classroom management and student dynamics. Interactive approaches such as group discussions and case studies were used to strengthen the practical application of these concepts in real situations. Evaluation was carried out through question and answer sessions and participant feedback. The results of this activity showed that the PKM program succeeded in achieving the expected goals, namely the creation of a more solid, skilled team of teachers, and able to create a positive learning atmosphere and support student development. This PKM is expected to have a sustainable impact on improving the quality of education at TK Islam Al-Kamal.
