Abstract
The development of student leadership character is one of the important aspects in education that plays a role in shaping the future generation with integrity and responsibility. This study aims to develop a structured and effective moral training program to improve the quality of student leadership character. This program is designed with an approach based on moral and ethical values taken from religious teachings, modern leadership philosophy, and the principles of character education. The results of this study indicate that the moral training program has a positive impact on improving students' leadership attitudes, especially in terms of responsibility, honesty, discipline, and empathy. The program evaluation also showed that students who participated in the training experienced significant improvements in decision making based on moral values and their ability to lead effectively and ethically. Thus, the development of this moral training program is expected to be one of the strategies that can be adopted by schools in an effort to build strong leadership character and noble character among students.
