Abstract

This article describes the implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities which aim to increase zakat literacy and family financial management education for women from the Al Mukhlisin Ta'lim Council in Cipondoh. This activity is carried out through an interactive counseling method, where participants are given an in-depth understanding of the basic concepts of zakat, including obligations, rights and benefits in a social and economic context. In addition, the principles of effective financial management are also introduced, including budget planning, expense management, and savings and investment strategies. With a participatory approach, this activity encourages mothers to actively discuss and share experiences, so that they can better understand and feel the relevance of zakat and financial management in everyday life. The results of evaluations carried out before and after the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills, as well as high motivation to apply the knowledge they had gained. It is hoped that this activity will not only increase participants' understanding, but also contribute to improving the welfare of families and society as a whole, creating a sustainable positive impact in the community.
