Abstract
Implementation of the program involves providing individual and group guidance guided by trained counselors, as well as providing access to relevant career and information technology resources. Periodic evaluations are necessary to measure program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from students and other stakeholders. Through the development of a competency-based career guidance program, it is hoped that high school students can choose college majors more confidently and appropriately according to their potential. This will not only benefit individual students, but will also contribute to improving the quality of the workforce and sustainable human development.
