Abstract

This socialization program is designed to increase understanding and awareness of gender inequality in education, as well as to promote gender equality in educational environments. Through counseling, discussion, and workshop methods, this program aims to provide knowledge and strategies to participants in addressing gender inequality in education. Thus, it is hoped that this program can contribute to increasing gender equality in education and women's empowerment.
