Abstract

Multilateral education presents both a challenge and an opportunity for Indonesia to improve the quality of its human resources (HR) and compete at the global level in the face of multilateral education policies in Indonesia. Through policy analysis and literature review, this article identifies several strategies to improve HR quality, including developing relevant curricula, enhancing teacher competency, and integrating technology into education. The research findings suggest that by strengthening HR quality, Indonesia can increase its competitiveness and better address global challenges. This article provides policy recommendations for the government and education stakeholders in Indonesia.
