Academic culture is a fundamental pillar in the realm of education, particularly within Islamic environments. In Islam, academic culture is not merely a routine of teaching and learning but a system of values that forms the moral, spiritual, and intellectual foundation of the Muslim community. This culture instills a passion for knowledge, perseverance, exemplary behavior, and character development aligned with the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This paper aims to examine how Qur'anic verses related to education can serve as the foundation for building an Islamic academic culture. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach to interpreting relevant Qur'anic verses. The study reveals that Qur'anic values such as sincerity, academic honesty, respect for knowledge, and a continuous pursuit of truth are core elements in shaping an Islamic academic culture. Therefore, integrating Qur'anic values into the educational system can strengthen an academic culture that excels not only intellectually but also spiritually and morally.
