Ayat-Ayat Al-Qur’an Sebagai Landasan dalam Menentukan Subjek Pendidikan yang Relevan untuk Perkembangan Zaman

Abstract

Education is one of the most important aspects of human life, continuously evolving in response to changes in time. Therefore, a strong foundation is required in determining relevant educational subjects that meet the needs of society and the development of knowledge. In this context, the verses of the Qur'an serve as a crucial foundation in shaping the guidance and direction of education that aligns with the demands of the era. The Qur'an, as a comprehensive source of revelation, provides fundamental principles that can be applied in educational contexts, covering moral, intellectual, and social aspects. Through the approach of tafsir (interpretation) and scholarly analysis of the Qur'anic verses, it is found that education in Islam is not only focused on religious aspects but also encompasses scientific knowledge, ethics, and life skills that are relevant to the modern age. This study aims to identify and analyze the Qur'anic verses that can serve as the foundation for determining educational subjects relevant to addressing the challenges of the modern era, as well as how to implement them in today's educational curriculum. Therefore, it is hoped that an education based on Qur'anic values will produce a generation that excels not only in knowledge but also in character and the ability to adapt to the changing times.
