Abstract

A conducive learning environment is a crucial factor in improving the quality of student learning. This community partnership program (PKM) aims to optimize the learning environment through a holistic approach that integrates improvements in physical, social, and psychological aspects. The program was implemented at Pondok Pesantren Daarul Falah for six months involving multi-stakeholder collaboration between teachers, students, parents, and local communities. Implementation methods include socialization, professional teacher development training, and continuous mentoring in creating a positive and inclusive classroom climate. Preliminary results show that optimizing the learning environment through a collaborative approach is effective in increasing student motivation, concentration, and engagement in the learning process. This program contributes to social transformation to build a quality, participatory, and sustainable educational culture at the local institutional level.
