Penguatan Pendidikan Anak Pra Sekolah Melalui Perencanaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Karakter dan Fitrah Manusia

This community service program aims to strengthen early childhood education at Pondok Pesantren Al-Fatah Cileungsi, Bogor, through implementing character-based and human-fitrah-based learning planning. The program was held from 16–20 October 2025 and involved teachers, early childhood educators, and parenting facilitators at the pesantren. The activities focused on equipping educators with the ability to design learning that aligns with children’s natural developmental tendencies (fitrah), integrates character values, and reflects the holistic needs of preschool-aged children. The program was carried out using training, mentoring, demonstration, and reflective discussion approaches. The results show significant improvement in educators’ understanding of fitrah-based development, the relevance of character education in early childhood, and their ability to create structured lesson plans rooted in Islamic values. This PKM highlights the importance of collaborative and contextual capacity building in educational institutions to improve early childhood learning quality.
