This study focuses on learning communication management as a means to improve collaboration between Islamic boarding school instructors (Pengasuh Ponpes) and students in classroom settings at Pondok Pesantren Nidaa Al-Haar Bekasi. The main issues addressed are the dominance of one-way communication, students’ reluctance to speak, and the limited design of collaborative interaction in learning. The study aims to describe how learning communication management is planned, implemented, and evaluated so that the relationship between instructors and students becomes more dialogical and participatory. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through a two-day training and mentoring program for instructors, with data collected via observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and focus group discussions. The findings show that communication planning still focuses mainly on content delivery, classroom communication patterns are initially teacher-centered but begin to shift towards more dialogical forms, and collaboration is hindered by hierarchical authority, cultural norms of respect, differences in student ability, and limited technological facilities. Strategies such as mentoring, Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, and the use of simple digital media are effective in encouraging student participation and strengthening trust and shared responsibility for learning. This study offers a contextual model of learning communication management that is aligned with pesantren values
