Abstract

This article aims to improve the effectiveness of student management through the development of a data-driven planning model in partner schools. The primary problem faced by schools is a suboptimal student planning system due to the use of unstructured data, resulting in manual and inaccurate decisions regarding student admission, placement, and development. This activity involved analyzing student needs, collecting and processing student data, and designing a planning model that can assist schools in making more objective and efficient decisions. Furthermore, training was provided to teachers and education personnel to improve their ability to utilize the model. The results of the activity indicate that the data-driven student planning model can improve the accuracy and speed of student management, particularly in supporting the placement process, identifying service needs, and monitoring academic and non-academic progress. School responses to the developed model were very positive, and its use was deemed to simplify administrative processes and educational program planning. Thus, this activity not only contributed to improving the skills of education personnel in data management but also supported the creation of more professional and informed decision-making. The resulting model is expected to be implemented sustainably and replicated in other schools as a good practice in student management.
