The 21st-century educational paradigm demands that students have the ability to manage their learning process independently through structured planning, implementation, and evaluation strategies. However, the reality on the ground shows that Islamic boarding school students, particularly at Fajar Dunia Islamic Boarding School, still face serious challenges in time management, prioritization, and self-evaluation skills. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to assist students in understanding and implementing the Educational Planning Cycle (Planning–Actuating–Evaluating / P-A-E) as a strategy to increase learning independence. The activity was implemented through a Participatory Educational Socialization model, intensive training, Personal Learning Plan (PLP) development workshops, small group mentoring, and understanding evaluations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in student awareness of the importance of planning, the ability to develop personal learning plans, and the discipline in implementing and evaluating these plans. Thus, the implementation of the P-A-E cycle has proven effective in helping students overcome reactive learning cultures and cramming systems, as well as developing adaptive, directed, and consistent learning habits.
