Pendampingan Sistem Reward and Punishment sebagai Solusi Pembinaan Disiplin Santri di Pondok Pesantren Fajar Dunia

The issue of student discipline is a critical issue facing many Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions, including the Fajar Dunia Islamic Boarding School. Low levels of compliance with regulations, irresponsible behavior, and weak internal motivation in carrying out daily activities indicate the need for a more structured and educational development system. This Community Service (PKM) program aims to provide guidance on the implementation of a reward and punishment system that is focused, fair, and in line with Islamic educational values to improve the discipline of students. Implementation methods included field observation, interviews, teacher training, implementation assistance, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity demonstrated significant improvements in disciplined behavior, teacher involvement in character development, and the Islamic boarding school's ability to implement a continuous discipline evaluation system. This PKM produced a reward and punishment system module, evaluation tools, and recommendations for Islamic-based discipline policies. This article is expected to serve as a reference for student discipline development models based on an educational approach and Islamic moral values.
