[May 2026] New Journal Policy of EPIC Journal

Dear Authors and Readers,

We would like to inform you that starting from the upcoming publication period, EPIC Journal has updated its publication policies.

Language Policy

Previously, EPIC Journal accepted manuscripts written in both Indonesian and English. Under the new policy, EPIC Journal will only accept and publish manuscripts written in English.

This policy is implemented to improve the international visibility, accessibility, and academic impact of the journal.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The updated APC policy is as follows:

  • Authors from Indonesian institutions are required to pay an APC of IDR 250,000 per accepted article.
  • Articles whose first author is affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia will be exempt from APC charges.
