Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the Tripartite Cooperation Institute in creating conducive employment conditions in Serang Regency and to analyze the functions and supervision of each party in the Tripartite Cooperation Institute in creating harmonious and dynamic industrial relations. This research is an empirical normative approach method. The role of the Tripartite Cooperation Institution in creating conducive labor conditions in Serang Regency based on Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning the Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes. Harmonious, dynamic, and just industrial relations need to be realized optimally in accordance with the values of Pancasila. In the era of industrialization, the problem of industrial relations disputes is becoming increasingly complex and increasing, so that institutions and mechanisms for resolving industrial relations disputes are needed that are fast, precise, fair, and inexpensive. based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower Labor inspection is an activity to supervise and enforce the implementation of laws and regulations in the field of manpower.It is found in the implementation of the Manpower legislation that supervision is needed, the implementation of the labor inspection is regulated in Article 176 of the Manpower Law which explains that labor inspection is carried out by competent and independent labor inspectors to ensure the implementation of the laws and regulations.
