PENGUATAN KEMAMPUAN PENYUSUSNAN RPP HOTS BAGI GURU SD YAYASAN KARTINI HANDAYANI PEMATANGSIANTAR
Abstract
This training aims to strengthen the ability of elementary school teachers at the Kartini Handayani Foundation in making HOTS lesson plans. This community service was carried out on November 23, 2021. The training method used in this activity was the lecture, discussion, and simulation method using the WhatsApp group and Google meet applications, this training was attended by 10 teachers. The result of this activity is an increase in the ability of teachers to make operational HOTS lesson plans. The increasing ability of teachers in making HOTS lesson plans is shown through the results of the pre-test with an average of 48.63 and an average of 79.09 post-test and the product of the HOTS lesson plan which is simulated through microteaching. The lesson plans that have been made have led to higher-order thinking. The learning approach has used Student Center Learning (SCL). Participants have applied the HOTS-oriented learning model which includes discovery learning, problem baset learning, and project baset learning. It can be concluded that this activity increases the insight and ability of teachers in making HOTS lesson plans.
