URGENSI MEMAHAMI PENDAFTARAN TANAH SEBAGAI JAMINAN PERLINDUNGAN HAK ATAS TANAH
Abstract
The implementation of land registration has been carried out by the government since the UUPA issued PP No. 24 of 1997. The series of land registration activities begins with measuring, mapping, and recording land, which is then carried out by registering land rights and transferring land rights. The urgency of land registration is intended to realize administrative order and legal certainty for land owners. This is because the implementation of land registration will produce a final product in the form of a certificate as proof of ownership of land rights. This study aims to find out how the first land registration is on uncertified land and what are the obstacles in the first land registration. This research is expected to provide a very meaningful contribution.
