PELATIHAN PENERAPAN BALANCED SCORECARD UNTUK UMKM DESA SUKARAME, KAB. PANDEGLANG - BANTEN
Abstract
The rate of economic growth is getting higher every year, encouraging business competition for MSMEs in Sukarame Village, Pandeglang - Banten. To be able to change an organization to succeed in such a fierce competition, an improvement initiative is needed. The improvement can first be started by measuring the current performance of the organization. A comprehensive measurement system covering financial and non-financial aspects through the Balanced Scorecard method. The objectives and measures of the Balanced Scorecard are derived from the vision and strategy. Objectives and measures view company performance from four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Community service activities carried out through training on the application of the Balanced Scorecard method to MSMEs in Sukarame village, Pandeglang - Banten. This training aims to provide education to MSME actors on how to evaluate performance effectively and efficiently using the Balanced Scorecard method.
