INOVASI PENGOLAHAN SINGKONG UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN DAN DIVERSIFIKASI PANGAN DI SENTRA PRODUKSI KRIPIK ANAK SINGKONG, PENGASINAN, GUNUNG SINDUR, BOGOR

Abstract

This community service (PKM) is entitled Innovation of Cassava Processing to Increase Income and Food Diversification at Sentra Produksi Kripik Anak Singkong, Desa Pengasinan, Kec. Gunung Sindur, Kab. Bagor. The method used is a survey method and direct delivery of materials, guidance and assistance in the production process, packaging process and marketing. The conclusion of this PKM program has not yet fully achieved maximum results, but efforts for the sustainability of this service will be continuous until Sentra Produksi Kripik Anak Singkong, Desa Pengasinan, Kec. Gunung Sindur, Kab. Bagor understands some of the problems or obstacles faced by UMKM in general, namely: 1) Lack of optimal product marketing; 2) The lack of capital owned by UMKM; 3) Lack of understanding of how to raise UMKM; 4) Relating to licensing; 5) Lack of product innovation produced by UMKM; 6) Do not know how to make good financial reports; 7) Lack of assistance provided by the Regional Government; 8) Have not implemented good raw material inventory management; 9) Most of the equipment used in the production process is still manual; 10) There is no product quality control yet; 11) Product packaging is still too simple; 12) Lack of understanding of time management; and 13) Owner and employees are still technologically savvy.
