Abstract

Magelaran Cilik merupakan suatu kampung terletak di Kota Serang, dengan keunikan nama kelurahannya yakni kelurahan Masjid Priyayi. Banyak pelaku UMKM makanan tradisional layaknya home industry, dan mengolah makanan dengan cara konvensional, begitu pula dengan manajemen dan pemasarannya. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian normatif terapan yakni menggabungkan data sekunder dengan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara dengan narasumber yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian  serta mencarikan solusi hukumnya, dalam hal ini pemerintah kelurahan Masjid Priyayi, Tetua UMKM Magelaran Cilik sekaligus sebagai Ketua Koperasi, serta pelaku UMKM sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan pelaku UMKM Magelaran Cilik yang dilakukan adalah meningkatkan peran koperasi dalam membantu memperoleh bahan baku, dan dinas terkait yang selama ini berbentuk bantuan fasilitasi program pelatihan dan beberapa perolehan legalitas. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah permodalan, digital marketing dan inovasi produk. Perlindungan resep turun temurun dilakukan guna melestarikan warisan nenek moyang, menjadi kunci dalam setiap memproduksi. Inovasi produk belum banyak dilakukan, termasuk varian rasa, resep baru maupun desain.
