Analisis Yield Curve dalam Penilaian Obligasi: Pendekatan Matematis untuk Menghitung Nilai Tebus

Perubahan kurva imbal hasil (yield curve) merupakan salah satu indikator yang penting dalam mengukur ekspektasi suku bunga serta kondisi ekonomi di masa depan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi tren perubahan kurva imbal hasil obligasi pemerintah dengan melihat bebrapa nilai tebus obligasi menggunakan nilai sekarang Present Value (PV). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dimana visualisasi data dinyatakan dalam grafik tren untuk menilai pola pergerakan imbal hasil obligasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan, imbal hasil obligasi dengan tenor jangka pendek cenderung lebih fluktuatif ketimbang obligasi berjangka panjang. Selain itu, perubahan kurva imbal hasil juga dapat menggambarkan dinamika pasar keuangan serta potensial meramalkan kondisi ekonomi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, pemantauan kurva imbal hasil penting dilakukan sebagai langkah assesment kondisi ekonomi dan moneter di masa depan, dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi investor dalam pembuatan keputusan investasi obligasi.
