Analisis Wilayah Tanpa Akses Listrik di Provinsi Jawa Barat Menggunakan Software QGIS

Akses terhadap energi listrik merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kesejahteraan masyarakat dan tingkat pemerataan pembangunan suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvisualisasikan tingkat akses listrik di Provinsi Jawa Barat secara spasial guna mengidentifikasi wilayah-wilayah yang masih mengalami keterbatasan infrastruktur kelistrikan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pemetaan spasial. Data yang dianalisis merupakan data sekunder berupa persentase penduduk tanpa akses listrik di tingkat kecamatan, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak QGIS untuk menghasilkan peta tematik berbasis choropleth map. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, penggabungan data atribut dengan peta shapefile wilayah administrasi Jawa Barat, klasifikasi data ke dalam tiga kategori (0–3%, 4–10%, dan 11–22%), serta visualisasi spasial berdasarkan skema warna hijau, kuning, dan merah. Hasil visualisasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki tingkat akses listrik yang baik (ditunjukkan oleh warna hijau), namun masih terdapat sejumlah kecamatan, terutama di wilayah selatan seperti Kabupaten Sukabumi, Garut, dan Cianjur, yang masuk dalam kategori sedang hingga tinggi dalam hal ketidaktersediaan akses listrik. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan spasial yang perlu menjadi perhatian dalam penyusunan kebijakan pembangunan infrastruktur energi. Dengan demikian, visualisasi spasial menggunakan QGIS terbukti efektif dalam menyajikan gambaran distribusi akses listrik secara menyeluruh dan dapat menjadi alat bantu analisis yang kuat dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data spasial.
