Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh iklim organisasi dan penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 karyawan sebagai responden yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dengan part analysis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif penghargaan terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif iklim organisasi. atas imbalan.
