ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENGELOLAAN DATA PENDUDUK SECARA REALTIME BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE EXTREME PROGRAMMING. Pengelolaan data penduduk di tingkat desa menghadapi kendala ketidakakuratan data, lambatnya pembaruan informasi, dan kurangnya integrasi antara RT/RW dengan pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pengelolaan data penduduk berbasis web secara real-time di Desa Bojong Renged menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, akurasi data, dan transparansi pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi langsung, dan wawancara dengan aparat desa serta ketua RT/RW. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan untuk merancang sistem yang mencakup diagram alur, database, dan antarmuka pengguna. Tujuan sistem ini dirancang ialah untuk memfasilitasi input, pembaruan, dan pelaporan data penduduk secara terintegrasi, meliputi data kelahiran, kematian, dan perpindahan penduduk. Metode XP dipilih karena fleksibilitasnya dalam pengembangan iteratif dan kolaborasi aktif dengan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, akurasi data, dan aksesibilitas informasi. Pengujian black-box mengonfirmasi semua fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi berkelanjutan untuk pengelolaan data kependudukan yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel.

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF A REAL-TIME WEB-BASED POPULATION DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING THE EXTREME PROGRAMMING METHOD. Population data management at the village level faces challenges of data inaccuracy, slow information updates, and lack of integration between RT/RW (neighborhood units) and village government. This research aims to design a real-time web-based population data management system in Bojong Renged Village using the Extreme Programming (XP) method to improve administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency of public services to the community. Data were collected through literature study, direct observation, and interviews with village officials and RT/RW heads. Requirement analysis was conducted to design a system that includes flow diagrams, database design, and user interface design. The system is designed to facilitate integrated input, updating, and reporting of population data, including birth, death, and population movement data. The XP method was chosen for its flexibility in iterative development and active collaboration with users. The research results show that the system can improve administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and information accessibility. Black-box testing confirms that all system functionalities work according to requirements. This system is expected to be a sustainable solution for more transparent and accountable population data management.
