PERANCANGAN APLIKASI MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN ORANGTUA MURID SMP YPUI PARUNG BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE. Perkembangan dalam teknologi informasi di era digital telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan di berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Termasuk dalam pengelolaan administrasi sekolah. SMP YPUI Parung yang memiliki jumlah siswa cukup banyak membutuhkan sistem administrasi yang efisien, khususnya pada proses pembayaran SPP, studytour, UKK, dan pembayaran lainnya. Selama ini, proses pembayaran masih dilakukan secara manual, di mana orang tua harus datang ke sekolah atau menyerahkan uang kepada siswa untuk dibayarkan ke pihak administrasi sekolah, kemudian dicatat di komputer dan pada kartu pembayaran siswa. Metode ini kerap menimbulkan keterlambatan pembayaran dan risiko kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pembayaran berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile, yang memungkinkan pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dan fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem dilengkapi fitur payment gateway yang memudahkan orang tua melakukan pembayaran secara online tanpa harus datang ke sekolah. Implementasi sistem ini membuat pencatatan pembayaran lebih terstruktur, proses administrasi lebih efisien, dan keterlambatan pembayaran dapat diminimalisir.

ABSTRACT

Design of a Web-Based Financial Management Application for Parents of Students at SMP YPUI Parung Using the Agile Method. The development of information technology in the digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of education. Including in the management of school administration. SMP YPUI Parung, which has a large number of students, needs an efficient administrative system, especially for the payment processes of tuition fees, study tours, UKK, and other payments. So far, the payment process has been done manually, where parents have to come to the school or hand over money to students to be paid to the school administration, then recorded on the computer and on the students' payment cards. This method often causes payment delays and the risk of recording errors. This research aims to develop a web-based payment system using the Agile method, which allows for gradual and flexible development according to user needs. The system is equipped with a payment gateway feature that makes it easy for parents to make payments online without having to come to the school. The implementation of this system makes payment recording more structured, the administrative process more efficient, and minimizes payment delays.
