RANCANGAN SISTEM LAPORAN PENJUALAN PROPERTI MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS: PT. PERKASA CEMERLANG PROPERTI).PT perkasa cemerlang properti saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam sistem laporan penjualan property karena masih mengandalkan cara manual seperti mecatat menggunakan miscrosoft. Metode ini menyebabkan masalah seperti kesalahan penulisan laporan, kerusakan data laporan penjualan yang tidak efektif saat banyak transaksi yang bersamaan, kesalahan penulisan, dan kurangnya transparansi keuangan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, sebuah penelitian telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Agile untuk mengembangkan sistem laporan penjualan berbasis website. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi, informasi secara real-time, dan membuat menjadi lebih efisien. Hasilnya, sistem ini mampu mengelola data laporan penjualan dengan lebih akurat. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen bisnis PT Perkasa cemerlang properti, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan meningkatkan akurasi laporan penjualan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Agile, sebuah model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dipilih karena berfokus pada fleksibilitas, kolaborasi, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Perancangan sistem ini melibatkan penggunaan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk memodelkan alur kerja, seperti activity diagram dan sequence diagram, serta Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) untuk merancang basis data. Secara teknis, hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah peningkatan efisiensi operasional. Pencatatan transaksi kini lebih akurat dan aman karena data tersimpan dalam basis data, mengurangi risiko kehilangan data yang sering terjadi pada sistem manual.

DESIGN OF A PROPERTY SALES REPORTING SYSTEM USING WEB-BASED AGILE METHOD (CASE STUDY: PT. PERKASA CEMERLANG PROPERTI).PT Perkasa Cemerlang Properti currently faces challenges in its property sales reporting system due to its reliance on manual methods, such as Microsoft Office. This method leads to problems such as reporting errors, corrupted sales report data, and ineffectiveness when multiple transactions occur simultaneously, typos, and a lack of financial transparency.To address these issues, a study was conducted using Agile methods to develop a website-based sales reporting system. This system aims to automate transaction recording, provide real-time information, and improve efficiency.As a result, the system is able to manage sales report data more accurately. Implementing this system is expected to improve the efficiency of PT Perkasa Cemerlang Properti's business management, reduce recording errors, and increase the accuracy of sales reports. The system was developed using Agile methods, a software development model chosen for its focus on flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability to changing needs. The system design involved the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) to model workflows, such as Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) to design the database. Technically, the result of this system development is increased operational efficiency. Transaction recording is now more accurate and secure because data is stored in a database, reducing the risk of data loss that often occurs with manual systems.
