PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, ORGANISASI PEMBELAJARAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN DI UNIVERSITAS PAMULANG TANGERANG SELATAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, organisasi pembelajaran, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen. Survey dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, pengolahan data dianalisis dengan cara path analisis. Setelah semua variable diterapkan ke dalam matriks (hubungan matrik). Penelitian ini di lakukan di Universitas Pamulang dengan memilih 109 sampel dengan cara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional, organisasi pembelajaran dan komitmen org anisasi. Ditemukan juga bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung dengan kepemimpinan transformasional dan pembelajaran organisasi. Berdasarkan penemuan penelitian tersebut
Ada lima hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja dosen; (2) organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja dosen; (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja dosen; (4) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan (5) Organisasi pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.
