Author Guidelines

The article must be written in accordance with the regulations and format specified by INOVASI: Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Manajemen. Authors are encouraged to utilize the provided article template [INDONESIAN TEMPLATE or ENGLISH TEMPLATE]. For a detailed understanding, please refer to the following explanations:

  1. The article has not been previously published by any other journal or media, is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere, and does not contain any elements of plagiarism with a maximum limit of 25%.
  2. The author is not allowed to submit the same article to other media during the process, unless the author has withdrawn the article previously and obtained written approval from the editor.
  3. The article consists of research findings, project work, and/or scientific activities.
  4. The manuscript should be within the scope and focus on this journal subject.
  5. The manuscript is typed using Microsoft Word with the following formatting: a) A4 paper size; b) The page margins are set as follows: top and bottom margins at 3 cm, left margin at 3.5 cm, and right margin at 2.5 cm; c) Font: Arial, 12 pt; d) line spacing: 1,5 cm; e) indentation: 1 cm or 4 spaces; f) page numbering: centered at the bottom; header and footer spacing: 1,25 cm.
  6. The maximum number of pages is 16, including the bibliography.
  7. The manuscript can be written in either Indonesian or English.
  8. Writing a bibliography using the APA (American Psychological Association) style through the Mendeley or Zotero application.
  9. Articles that do not comply with the writing guidelines will be rejected. Authors must revise their manuscripts according to the guidelines before resubmission.
  10. An article will be submitted to the editor for further review only if it complies with the writing guidelines.
  11. The author is willing to revise the article if necessary and adheres to the time constraints provided by the editorial team.
  12. The article content is entirely author responsibility, and editor has a privilege to edit the article without changing the essence of the study.

Specific and interesting title, written either in Indonesian or English (Arial 14, Capitalize Each Word, 1 Space, Bold, Center).
Author Name (non-title, Arial 12, Capitalize Each Word, Bold, 1 Space).
Author Affiliation
Contains the name of the institution/organization/workplace/author’s works/study place and Nations (Arial 12, Capitalize Each Word, 1 Space).
Email (Arial 12, Lowercase Word, 1 Space).
ABSTRACT
The abstract is written in English and consists of the main problem, objectives, methods and research results (Arial 12, Justify, 1 Space, Maximum 250 word).
Keywords
Keywords are written in english (Arial 12, Capitalize Each Word, Bold, Justify, 1 Space, with a number of 3-5 keywords)
INTRODUCTION
The introduction of a scientific journal article should present the research background, define the problem, explain its significance, and outline the study’s objectives. It should also highlight relevant literature and identify the research gap the study addresses, building a logical rationale for the investigation and guiding readers toward the research focus (Indonesia or English Language, Arial 12, 1 Space, 1 cm indentation, Justify).
LITERATURE REVIEW
A literature review in a scientific journal should critically summarize, evaluate, and synthesize previous research related to the topic. It identifies key theories, methodologies, and findings, highlights trends or debates, and reveals gaps or inconsistencies in existing knowledge, providing a strong foundation and rationale for the current study. METHOD
The methods section of a scientific journal article should clearly describe the research design, data collection procedures, instruments used, and data analysis techniques. It must provide enough detail to allow replication, ensure transparency, and demonstrate the study’s validity and reliability, supporting the credibility of the research findings. RESULT
Presenting research findings by providing scientific analysis and argumentation, while maintaining a logical thread and highlighting the novelty of the research outcomes.

CONCLUSION
Conclusion must answer the problem and purpose of the study. Conclusion is not in the form of a summary and not a repetition of findings and discussion. (Indonesia or English Language, Arial 12, 1 Space, 1 cm indentation, Justify).
REFERENCES
References should come from 80% of original studies, result of the research, idea, and theory or concept which is published in the electronic journal or paper publication. References must be maximum ten years old for, except for classic references as historical data.
