ABSTRAK
PENGARUH POWER, KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL, DAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEJABAT PELAKSANA TEKNIS KEGIATAN (PPTK) PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh langsung dari power, komunikasi interpersonal dan pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja pada pejabat pelaksana teknis kegiatan (PPTK) pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang Selatan.. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis jalur. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner kepada 100 PPTK sebagai sampel dari populasi target sebanyak 221 PPTK. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik acak. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian adalah:(1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara power terhadap kinerja PPTK; (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja PPTK; (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja PPTK; (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara power terhadap pengambilan keputusan PPTK; (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja PPTK. Jadi, untuk meningkatkan kinerja PPTK, dilaksanakan dengan meningkatkanpower, komunikasi interpersonal dan pengambilan keputusan.
