Pengaruh Leader-Member Exchange, Quality of Work-Life, dan Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Organization Citizenshi Behavior pada Karyawan PT Pradipta Bhumi Konstruksi Bantul

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertukaran anggota kepemimpinan, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap perilaku anggota organisasi (OCB) di PT Pradipta Bhumi Construction Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan populasi seluruh karyawan PT. PT. Konstruksi Pradipta Bhumi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus, analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertukaran anggota pemimpin, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan motivasi intrinsik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku organisasi kewarganegaraan.
