Abstract

ABSTRAK

Analisis Proyeksi Fiskal Dki Jakarta Dengan Pendekatan Simultaneous Equation Model. Dalam konteks Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, Pemerintahan Ibukota Jakarta mempunyai dua peran yang strategis, yaitu sebagai Ibukota Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dan sebagai daerah otonom. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung potensi fiskal Provinsi DKI Jakarta periode 2020-2022 yang meliputi total Pendapatan Asli Daerah, kapasitas fiskal, total penerimaan, celah fiskal, pertumbuhan ekonomi, total pengeluaran, dan total PDRB DKI Jakarta. Kajian ini menggunakan Simultaneous Equation Model . Model ini terbagi menjadi lima blok yang terdiri dari 33 persamaan, dimana 19 persamaan struktural dan 14 persamaan adalah persamaan identitas.Hasil dari kajian ini adalah bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi Jakarta 2020-2022 menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup stabil. Tingkat inflasi cenderung meningkat. Total pen-erimaan daerah cenderung meningkat dan sejalan dengan pengeluaran. Disarankan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta menyusun kebijakan belanja yang selektif sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan yang mampu mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian.
