Implementasi Green banking Pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Dalam Perspektif Maqashid syariah

Kerusakan lingkungan merupakan permasalahan global yang mendesak, dimana sektor industri menjadi penyumbang emisi karbon yang besar. Dampak perubahan iklim mendorong diadopsinya konsep ekonomi hijau sebagai solusi global, termasuk di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif kegiatan ekonomi terhadap lingkungan. Dalam hal ini perbankan memegang peranan penting melalui green banking untuk mendukung ekonomi hijau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana BSI KCP Diponegoro menerapkan praktik green banking dalam kegiatan operasionalnya dan menganalisis penerapan green banking di BSI KCP Diponegoro dari perspektif maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi green banking pada BSI KCP Diponegoro masih belum memenuhi 6 indikator yang ada dan terdapat 2 indikator yang belum terpenuhi. Namun dari 4 indikator yang telah dilaksanakan sudah memenuhi nilai-nilai maqashid syariah dengan aspek lingkungan menurut Abdul Majid Al-Najjar yaitu Hifz Al-Bi'ah Min Al-Talaf, Hifz Al-Bi'ah Min Al-Talawwuth, Hifz Al-Bi'ah Min Al-Istihlak, Hifz Al-Bi'ah Bi Al-Tanmiyah.
