ABSTRAK
PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT. BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA, TBK CABANG PURI INDAH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen orgnisasi dan pemberian insentif secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Puri Indah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Instrumen pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa untuk variable komunikasi diperoleh nilai thitung=9.221 dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 dan variable komitmen organiisasi diperoleh nilai thitung = 13.756 dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 serta untuk variable pemberian insentif diperoleh nilai thitung = 15.538 dengan dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0.000. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan antara variable komunikasi (X1), komitmen Organisasi (X2) dan Insentif (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 90.128 dengan signifikansi f sebesar 0.000. Sedangkan berdasarkan jumlah responden 70 diperoleh nilai ttabel = 1.667 dan Ftabel = 1.82. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan pemberian insentif secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diperoleh model regresi berganda Y= 4.027 + 0.053X1 + 0.277X2 + 0.582X3.
