Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Langkah-Langkah Submit Artikel

Langkah-langkah:
1. Buat akun di web Jatimika
2. Buat artikel jurnal sesuai template JATIMIKA, minimal 10 halaman maksimal 15 halaman
3. Submit artikel
4. Transfer APC
5. Jika artikel sama dengan atau lebih dari 10 halaman lanjut cek plagiasi. Jika hasil plagiasi sama atau lewat dari 30% maka masuk tahap review. Jangan lupa balas pesan komitmen author di menu pre-review discussions
6. Untuk lanjut ke ploting reviewer dipastikan point 5 aman.
7. Proses review oleh reviewer, revisi, perbaikan dan seterusnya
8. Jika sudah tidak ada lagi revisi maka masuk tahap Copyediting dan sudah boleh diberikan LoA
9. Publish artikel barengan dg yg lain sesuai dg volume dan nomor terbitan
10. Lengkapnya banyak di YouTube untuk tutorial cara submit artikel jurnal

12. Warning: Jangan upload file skripsi lengkap, tapi file artikel jurnal. Jangan kirim pdf tapi word.
13. Upload artikel di Jatimika menggunakan template jurnal lain maka auto decline karena dianggap salah alamat jadi pastikan template nya Jatimika

Komitmen Author

Beberapa hal berkaitan dengan komitmen penerbitan artikel, Author di harapkan:

  1. Bersedia mengikuti seluruh rangkaian proses penerbitan artikel di JATIMIKA: Jurnal Kreativitas Mahasiswa Informatika hingga keputusan akhir tim Editor.
  2. Bersedia membayar APC sebesar Rp. 200.004,-  yang dibayarkan setelah submit artikel. Nomor rekening ada disini : https://openjournal.unpam.ac.id/index.php/JATIMIKA/about/submissions
  3. Jika keputusan Editor berdasarkan hasil review “Decline”, maka APC tidak bisa dikembalikan.
  4. LoA diberikan saat tahap Copyediting siap publish.
  5. Jika artikel di tarik atau dibatalkan Author setelah masuk tahap review, sebagai penalti, maka APC tidak dikembalikan kepada Author baik sebagian atau seluruhnya.
