PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA UNTUK PEKERJA DILINGKUNGAN PERUSAHAAN: UPAYA PENINGKATAN K3LH BAGI SISWA BINTANG NUSANTARA

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan fokus utama dalam pengembangan pendidikan vokasi di Indonesia, dengan tujuan menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) menjadi aspek krusial dalam persiapan karir, terutama dalam konteks praktik di lingkungan industri. Meskipun sejumlah SMK telah menerapkan program K3, efektivitas dan ketaatan terhadap standar K3 masih bervariasi. Studi ini mengevaluasi implementasi program K3 di SMK dengan metode survei, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Temuan menunjukkan perlunya strategi pelatihan inovatif yang lebih inklusif, termasuk penggunaan teknologi digital, untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan praktik K3 di lingkungan pendidikan vokasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik yang mendukung keselamatan dan kesehatan siswa di SMK. SMK Bintang Nusantara, di bawah Yayasan Pendidikan Al Mubarak Benhil, adalah salah satu contoh yang menonjol. Dengan tiga kelas dan program Kompetensi Keahlian seperti AKL, OTKP, dan Multimedia, sekolah ini bertujuan menghasilkan lulusan siap kerja atau berwirausaha, serta meneruskan pendidikan tinggi. Visi dan misi sekolah ini menekankan kualitas lulusan dalam IPTEK dan kewirausahaan, dengan menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan perkembangan industri. Melalui kemitraan dengan Universitas Pamulang, SMK Bintang Nusantara berusaha mencapai target luaran berupa publikasi jurnal nasional dan pembuatan e-book tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Pelatihan yang diadakan telah menunjukkan hasil positif, di mana 75% peserta mengerti tujuan K3 dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam acara pelatihan. Kata kunci untuk pengabdian ini adalah Pelatihan, K3, dan SMK Bintang Nusantara, yang menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendidikan vokasi yang terintegrasi dengan dunia kerja untuk mempersiapkan generasi mendatang dengan kompetensi yang diperlukan.
