PENYULUHAN TERKAIT PELANGGARAN HUKUM DALAM KENAKALAN REMAJA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This community service activity was conducted in the SMKN 1 Gunung Sindur environment, with a primary focus on providing counseling related to legal violations resulting from juvenile delinquency. The main objective of this counseling is to improve students' understanding of various forms of juvenile delinquency that can result in violations of the law, while emphasizing the legal and social impacts that may occur. The methods applied in this activity include several approaches that are designed in a structured and interactive manner. First, the delivery of the material is presented in a visual format, accompanied by several actual case examples, designed to facilitate students' understanding of abstract concepts related to legal issues. In addition, small group discussions are also used as a means to encourage students to be more active in exchanging ideas on the topics presented. This method is useful for building a sense of responsibility as a group and forming opinions to deal with problems related to juvenile delinquency. Furthermore, a simple case simulation is used as part of the practical activity. In this simulation, students are invited to act out certain situations related to legal violations due to juvenile delinquency, so that they can dive into the real impact of wrong actions. At the end of the activity, the results obtained showed an increase in students' awareness of their obligation to stay away from unlawful behavior. With this counseling, it is expected that preventive measures against juvenile delinquency that have the potential to become legal problems can be implemented optimally. In addition, this activity also contributes to the creation of a school climate that supports the development of positive character among students.
