Abstract

This research aims to analyze the improvement of organizational competencies through human
resource management (HRM) training in Pamulang Timur Village. In facing various emerging
challenges, such as changing community needs and internal dynamics, HR development becomes
crucial for enhancing performance and the effectiveness of public services. The method used in this
study is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques involving interviews, observations,
and document analysis. The results indicate that HRM training not only enhances employees'
knowledge and skills but also strengthens team collaboration and organizational culture. With
systematic training, employees become more adaptive to changes and are able to provide better
services to the community. These findings contribute significantly to efforts in HR development at the
village level and serve as a reference for future policies aimed at improving organizational
competencies.
