Pelaksanaan Total Quality Management pada Institusi Pendidikan
Abstract
Manajemen Mutu Terpadu atau sering disebut Total Quality Mangement (TQM) adalah suatu sistem manajemen kualitas yang berfokus pada pelanggan,dengan melibatkan semua sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki suatu organisasi dalam upaya melakukan peningkatan dan perbaikan yang berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi total quality management pada lingkungan pendidikan melalui pendekatan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi literasi ,dimana bahan-bahan yang telah dikumpulkan seperti jurnal-jurnal ilmiah,ditelaah serta dikaji dan selanjutnya disajikan .
