Managemen Resiko : Crowdfunding Based Legal Aid (Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Berbasis Penggalangan Dana Di Indonesia)
Abstract
Perkembangan Teknologi Finansial Digital (Fintech) sebagai dampak dari Revolusi Industri 4.0 tidak dapat dihindari dan tentunya merambah ke bidang hukum. Berbagai produk fintech berkembang dan difasilitasi oleh digitalisasi financial technology yang semakin canggih. Kecanggihan di era digital ini tentunya memiliki prospek yang cerah dan tentunya menyentuh berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang penggalangan dana oleh banyak orang (crowd funding online atau virtual). Penggalangan dana ini dibagi menjadi bidang penggalangan dana yang memiliki motif ekonomi dan bidang penggalangan dana yang memiliki motif sosial atau penggalangan dana untuk tujuan sosial kemanusiaan. Crowd funding Bermotivasi sosial yang menyentuh bidang hukum disebut dengan legal crowdfunding. Crowd funding itu sendiri, secara sederhana dapat diartikan sebagai suatu bentuk penghimpunan dana bagi mereka yang membutuhkan dana, dimana pendekatannya memanfaatkan upaya kolektif dari sejumlah besar individu. Dalam pengertian tradisional istilah crowdfunding memiliki arti yang hampir sama dengan kata donasi.
