Pengaruh Covid-19 Terhadap Pendapatan Ojek Online
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh COVID-19 terhadap mobilitas ekonomi di Indonesia serta untuk mengetahui peningkatan ataupun penurunan pendapatan ojek online yang ditinjau dari jumlah pelanggan setelah ditetapkannya protokol kesehatan oleh pemerintah. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh permasalahan tersebut, penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode observasi nonparticipant. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1} Wabah virus corona berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penurunan pendapatan 2). Pendapatan ojek online dipengaruhi oleh besarnya skala pembatasan sosial antarmasyarakat yang dianjurkan oleh pemerintah..3).. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan ojek online.
