Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Tunjangan Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Setditjen Paud, Dikdas, Dan Dikmen Di Kemendiknud
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk mengetahui pegaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Setditjen PAUD, Dikdas, dan Dikmen Kemendikbud. 2. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Setditjen PAUD, Dikdas dan Dikmen Kemendikbud. 3. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan tunjangan kinerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Setditjen PAUD, Dikdas, dan Dikmen Kemendikbud. Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan jumlah responden 82 pegawai. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan variabel skala interval pengukuran dengan karakteristik responden adalah pegawai Setditjen PAUD, Dikdas dan Dikmen di Kemendikbud. Disiplin Kerja dan Tunjangan Kinerja sebagai variabel independen yang akan diteliti. diuji secara simultan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja pegawai Negeri Sipil sebagai variabel terikat. Menguji pengaruh langsung Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan menguji pengaruh langsung Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai . Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa analisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi berganda dengan asumsi klasik menggunakan uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji normalitas dan uji linieritas, untuk uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji uji t dengan program IBM SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung Disiplin Kerja (X1) = 2.101, sedangkan ttabel 1.999 dengan dk 82 demikian secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.nilai thitung Tunjangan Kinerja (X2) = 4.590, sedangkan ttabel 1.999 dengan dk 82 demikian secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 19.439, sedangkan Ftabel (lampiran) dengan dk pembilangan 2 dan dk penyebut 79 adalah sebesar 3.11 maka Fhitung > Ftabel, (19.439 > 3.11) dengan demikian secara simulan (bersama –sama) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja dan Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
